Bloom (bloomstartup.tech) is a student-led organization that aims to close the tech gender barrier in society. We empower girls from around the nation and give them the tools they need to become the future generation’s inventors, engineers, and entrepreneurs. Our program, a 4-day makeathon (July 23 - 26),encourages girls in high school to solve a problem in their community and pitch it to a panel of judges.Over the course of the makeathon, girls gain a plethora of experience in identifying problems and thinking of innovative solutions.

Hack3 aims to empower high school students tolearn computer science, especially for those in underrepresented demographics to increasediversityfor generations to come. We hope that by bringing students of all backgrounds together, we will be able to foster innovation, creativity, and create new lifelong friendships for hackers. We aim to connect hundreds of students ofall skill levels, both novice and experienced, to learn to build novel projects that willpositively impact the world. Participants will have24 hoursto develop a product that targets one of three tracks,including COVID-19, groundbreaking technologies, and recreation, and participants will learn from numerous workshops led byindustry professionals.

Hack the Fog 1.0 made history in San Francisco providing a first time experience for many high schoolers in San Francisco. Due to the pandemic Hack the Fog 2.0 was put on hold but we are happy to bring Hack the Cloud, our online hackathon in response to the pandemic.

BridgeHacks is a hackathon for the Bay Area with a mission to build a bridge to a better world through technology!
