Hackathon Trieste is a 27-hour marathon non-stop in which teams of programmers, designers and artists will think of and realize services (web and app) that can improve the functioning of the city and the quality of life in Trieste. All teams will be provided with data sets and access to databases relating to mobility and environment.

Join this great hackathon on data science for a whole weekend of creative thinking around the use of data in the justice system and show what is possible when innovative minds come together. All people from a broad range of technology, digital, mathematical and data science backgrounds as well as justice system experts are invited to come and build things that could go on to become real, usable tools and improve people’s lives.

SomeJam is a communal event which uses digital technology in order to enhance the well-being of youth. Bringing together the know-how and creativity of various areas of work for a 48 hours hackathon to create new concepts such as web services for youths, mobile applications or other services utilising digital technology. Mentors for the teams are top specialists of new technology who have worked with or had influence in many Finnish social media companies and startups. A jury of technology specialists will pick and announce the winner who will get funding for further development and finalisation of his/her project.

The Culture Shift hackathon is organized to help motivate cultural economies across the globe. The model has a proven track record of stimulating innovation in the cultural sector worldwide. This event is similar to a hack weekend; where business ideas are generated and tested over a short period of time by designers, developers, innovators, individuals and groups from the local cultural sector. You will aim to develop a range of ideas and digital prototypes that solve or build on challenges regarding the cultural sector in Cyprus.

This ia 3-days hackathon for creative problem solving, and rapid venture development taking place at the University of Alberta. Everyone is welcome to join this event, whether you’re a student in computer science, engineering, design, or business, there will be ample opportunity to bringing a project to life! This is a hackathon for Super Tomorrow , the event frequency Schools media dedicated to digital screens and technology. This event is dedicated to the issue of youth housing in the city of Lyon. You will get the opportunity to for teams of young designers, developers, and designers and invent solutions that will improve access to housing for young people in the city of Lyon meeting challenges including: How to fight against stereotypes of neighborhoods, how to better integrate in choice of accommodation and hidden rental costs, how to better match supply and demand in social housing, and how to address the issues of transport and mobility in the search criteria. In short, a 48h of creative hackathon that will make you "like" the search of houses!

This is a 4-day international Hackathon on Health dedicated to breaking down the barriers for innovation in healthcare. Develop technology tools to improve access to justice for domestic violence for women and families, legal aid, and law practice improvements. Come up with an innovative tech solution for continued real-time problem solving in domestic violence situations.

This hackathon is a Pediatric Appathon to improve child's care. Teams will develop working Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) enabled applications, technologies and games that will improve the care and experience for pediatric patients and providers.  There is a prize pool $10,000!

The CLUNC Weather Hackathon is dedicated to think forward, developing ideas and hacking data. Open to experts, students, autodidacts – come and enjoy the creative exchange of innovations and experience, gain insights into the latest concepts, network and establish new relationships. You will be provided with the necessary weather data, mentors to help you get what you need plus access to tools that are used to build text engines, at no charge. Cash prizes will be given awat to the top two hack teams.
