Hawaii techies! Are you participating in the month-long Hawaii Annual Code Challenge (HACC) with your peers in the local tech community to help in the modernization of Hawaii state government. HACC is based on the concept of a hackathon, but rather than the traditional around-the-clock development over a single day or weekend, HACC offers an extended period for development over one month. Participants return on Sept. 24 to present their solutions for judging and winner selection.
