If you're interested in becoming an engineer or a maker, or some other career in STEM, then you're invited to participate in the Stemettes Engineering Hack at the Manufacturing Technology Centre in Coventry. If you're under 16, then you'll need to bring an adult -- parent or guardian -- with you. You'll be taught how to create a project using the easy-to-use Tinkercad 3D modeling program. Then, over the weekend, you'll work on your project and present it to a panel of judges for the opportunity to win fun prizes.

Resilient Coders trains people from Boston’s low-income communities for jobs as software engineers and connects them with employment opportunities. But first, you need to participate in a 2-fay hackathon to assess your interest in coding, and explore whether Resilient Coders Training Bootcamp is for you. If you have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, then sign up today for a place in the hackathon. A select number of participants will be invited to move on to the next step of the application process. Those admitted into the program will be part of the July–November 2020 cohort, with the long-term goal of being placed in a high-paid job as a software engineer.
