If you're interested in the clinical Interpretation of variants in cancer, then the CIViC Project invites you to participate in a Cancer Variant Interpretation Hackathon that will take place in conjunction with a Curation Jamboree. During the hackathon portion of the event, participants will form groups to tackle programmatic data querying, the problem of motivating public resource curation, or other topics proposed by meeting participants.
