The Alexa Skills Challenge: Games is an opportunity for you to create an engaging and fun Alexa games skill. Your skill must be published within the Games, Trivia and Accessories category in the Alexa Skills Store to qualify. Your skill can be in German or English and needs to be published to the Alexa Skills Store on amazon.de or amazon.co.uk. You can publish to both stores and increase your chance of winning one of the grand prizes or a bonus prize.

With that spirit, Microsoft Technical Community LPU is conducting a hackathon - MS HACKS 2.0 and invites all developers and hackathon enthusiasts to participate in an engaging hackathon.

Hackademia is Southern California’s first hackathon by high schoolers, for high schoolers. Our aim is to help hundreds of student hackers in the Los Angeles area realize their greatest coding potential in a 16 hour coding competition. We ask all hackers to build the best they can– both hardware and software– within 16 hours.

There are several predefined projects at the Brainathon, which the participants can choose to work on. Motor imagery and EP based systems are mostly used to control the applications. Specific hardware for the projects will be provided, however, software should already be installed on your personal laptop before you come to the hackathon.
